We invest in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Netherlands with €1-4m EBITDA. We look for companies with a tangible product or service, a proven business model, and strong potential for long-term value creation.

Financial criteria
​We partner with profitable, well-run businesses with a proven track record and strong cash generation. Our typical focus is on companies with €750k – €3 million in EBITDA, where there is clear visibility on earnings, healthy margins (>40%), and meaningful potential for disciplined growth.
